By using Peak Desk you agree to these terms.

Our role

Peak Desk is a connection platform. Service providers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Peak Desk.

Customers

Submitting a request is free. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the provider.

Partners

Approved partners pay $30 for each lead they accept. Rejected leads are not charged. Lead fees are non-refundable once customer contact information has been released, except where required by law. Partners must hold all licenses and insurance required for their work and must contact customers promptly and professionally.

Digital products

The Virtual Assistant Starter Kit is licensed for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Account suspension

We may suspend accounts that misuse customer data, misrepresent credentials or receive repeated complaints.
